The TT8 Treadmill has been given a stylish redesign in comparison to earlier Sole Fitness models. When fully assembled, this treadmill has a length of 199.5 cm, width of 93.5cm and height of 146.5 cm. Within that, the running area has dimensions of 56cm by 152.5cm. The ‘TT’ in the name of the equipment comes from the fact that the running area is exactly 22 inches wide. This running surface width is generous compared to other popular home treadmills.
This solid model weighs in at 146kg. It is suitable for any users up to the weight of 150kg (23 and a half stone approximately). On purchase, there is a 10-year warranty on the motor, 5 years on parts and 3 years on labour.
This Sole Fitness treadmill comes with Bluetooth compatibility to the SOLE app. This allows you to design a work-out plan, track, record and monitor all your data and set up custom programmes. This app can ‘talk’ to other apps and share your workout information. Popular apps include Fitbit, iHealth, RECORD and mapmyfitness.
In addition, the TT8 treadmill is also compatible with the Kinomap program. This allows you to run cinematic style routes from home. Simply choose a video and you start training within a truly immersive experience. The virtual terrain will interact with your equipment directly, meaning that if you’re going uphill on the screen, the treadmill will also incline.
Note that you can enjoy all the features of this model without apps. The console is exactly what you’d expect from a commercial gym. Apps are an extra for the technically minded!
As you work out, you can enjoy audio through the integrated Bluetooth speakers, allowing you to listen to music, podcasts and more. A tablet and phone holder are strategically placed to ensure that you can easily watch content on your device and access the SOLE app while running.
A USB charging point will also ensure your device doesn’t run out of battery mid-run.
The digital display on the treadmill retains the same impressive graphics, while functional and practical with easy to reach buttons. One touch incline and speed keys make these changes easy, even when you are running at your hardest. The 10.1-inch touch screen technology allows you to monitor speed, calories burned, heart rate and more. The vibrant red colour scheme of the display surrounding, alongside the many keys and options gives this part of the treadmill an almost futuristic design. Heart rate hand pulses and chest belts ensure more accurate tracking.
This impressive treadmill is perfect for both walking and running. Whether you fancy a simple uphill stroll, or you want to run at full pelt downhill – it has a setting for you. The TT8 has a top speed of 22 km/h. There are a total of 15 levels of incline and 6 levels of decline. The machine has 5 different pre-set programmes (aside from any you will use on the connected apps).
A cushion flex suspension system ensures a greater level of comfort as you run. An integrated fan will keep you cool too.
